At Fairapy, our group therapy sessions our group sessions are a space to show up just as you are. No pressure, no judgment. Whether you’re navigating a tough season or simply looking for a deeper sense of support, being part of a group can offer clarity, comfort, and community.

Directed by our experienced therapist Jessica, each group is built to foster trust, insight, and meaningful change. You don’t have to do this alone, and you don’t have to have it all figured out.

OUR APPROACHES

Here's what you can expect from our group therapy experience:

A safe, supportive, and confidential space to open up at your own pace

Thoughtfully facilitated sessions that balance structure with real conversation

A consistent group of peers who offer empathy, honesty, and mutual respect

Opportunities to relate to others and be reminded you’re not alone

Tools to communicate more effectively in relationships outside the group

Insights into your interpersonal patterns as they naturally show up in group

The ability to safely challenge old beliefs or habits in the presence of support

What We Offer

Each therapy group is led by Jessica, a licensed therapist who brings warmth, clarity, and compassion to the process. She offers grounded guidance, encourages meaningful reflection, and fosters a group culture where everyone feels respected, empowered, and safe to be themselves. Jessica believes deeply in the healing power of connection, and in the strength that comes from growing together.

At Fairapy, we take time to carefully build groups that feel cohesive and supportive. We offer both general process groups and themed groups focused on areas like anxiety, life transitions, identity, relationships, and self-growth. Whether you’re new to therapy or continuing your healing journey, we welcome you as you are.
