At Fairapy, we know that healing doesn't always happen within four walls. Walk and Talk Therapy brings the benefits of traditional counselling into the open air. It offers a grounded, movement-based approach that supports both mental and physical wellbeing. Whether we're walking through a quiet park or along a familiar trail, this approach helps reduce the intensity of face-to-face conversation and encourages natural flow in both thought and emotion.

What We Offer

We tailor each walk and talk experience to your comfort, pace, and therapeutic goals. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, or simply prefer movement over a traditional setting, sessions are designed to support meaningful reflection while walking side by side in nature.

 

Walk and talk therapy can be a standalone experience or integrated with other forms of support. Many clients find that alternating between outdoor and indoor (or virtual) sessions offers the best of both worlds—helping them stay grounded while adapting to life’s changing needs.
