Putting your past behind you - Many of us have traumatic issues from our past that we carry with us, and they can impact our self-esteem. This can have an effect on our relationships, family, and even our work. We will take you back to your childhood and review some of the traumatic events that may be impacting you, and even events that you may not have realized were affecting you. By reviewing these events, we can start to work on putting these events behind you and helping you realize your self-worth. You are amazing, and its time for you to realize it!
Identifying and changing unhealthy behaviors - Many of us have unhealthy or toxic behaviors that can negatively impact our self-esteem. Our therapists will sit down and walk you through some of these behaviors impacting your life without you even knowing.
