Hi! I'm Lauren and I've studied psychology for eight years. I utilize an integrative approach to adapt to each client's needs and am experienced working with anxiety disorders, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, trauma, grief and loss, 2SLGBTQIA+ affirmation, crisis relief and everyday life stressors.
