ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS

Shachi Bhavsar, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Shachi believes therapy should feel like a grounded, supportive space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have it all figured out before you walk in.

She takes a warm, collaborative approach and focuses on building a genuine connection so clients feel safe, understood, and met exactly where they are. Shachi recognizes that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and she works to make the process feel steady, approachable, and human from the very beginning.

She supports clients navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, burnout, self-worth, life transitions, and moments of feeling stuck or disconnected. Her work is centred on helping people slow things down, make sense of what they’re carrying, and begin creating change in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

Shachi’s style is compassionate and down-to-earth, with an emphasis on both emotional insight and practical tools that can be carried into everyday life.

She is passionate about helping clients feel more anchored in themselves and supported in moving toward a version of life that feels more aligned, intentional, and manageable.

Outside of her work, Shachi values rest, balance, and creating space for the things that help us feel regulated and connected — something she encourages clients to prioritize in their own way too.
